Click the Register button at the top of any Gamdom page. You'll need your full name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), and an email address. The registration form is split into three short steps and takes around three minutes on a phone. Completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly subscription, and no charge to keep an account open. Gamdom only earns revenue when players wager – there is zero commercial reason to charge for account creation. The minimum deposit to start playing is Rs 500.
No. Gamdom enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically through CNIC, email, mobile number, device ID, and IP address matching. If multiple accounts are linked to the same person, all of them – including any balances – are permanently suspended. If you have forgotten your credentials, use the password reset option or contact support rather than creating a new account.
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a standard identity verification process that all legitimate online gaming platforms are required to run. On Gamdom, you submit a photo of both sides of your CNIC plus a selfie. You can start playing with your welcome bonus while KYC is processing, but you must complete it before your first withdrawal is processed. KYC is usually completed within one hour of submission during normal business hours.
Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Permanent Closure, or contact support via live chat. Any remaining PKR balance is refunded to your registered payment method before closure. Gamdom accepts three login identifiers: your username, your registered email address, or your registered Pakistani mobile number in 03XX-XXXXXXX format. All three give access to the same account. Click "Forgot password?" on the Login page. Enter your registered email address or mobile number. A password reset link or OTP is sent within two minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. Click the link, set a new password, and you're back in. The reset link expires after 30 minutes for security reasons.
After five consecutive incorrect password attempts, Gamdom automatically locks the account for 15 minutes as a security precaution. You can either wait for the lockout to expire and try again, or use the Forgot Password option immediately to reset your credentials and regain access without waiting.
The Remember Me option stores a secure, encrypted session token on your device – not your actual password. It is safe to use on your personal phone or computer. Never use it on a shared or public device. The remembered session stays active for up to 30 days unless you manually log out or clear your browser data.

Log in to your Gamdom account → go to the Cashier or Wallet section → select Deposit → choose Easypaisa as your payment method. Enter the amount in PKR (minimum Rs 500), confirm, and you'll be prompted to authorise the payment from your Easypaisa app or via the Easypaisa USSD menu. The funds appear in your Gamdom wallet in under 60 seconds in most cases.

Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa/JazzCash) are usually instant but occasionally show as pending for a few minutes during high-traffic periods. If a deposit has been pending for more than 10 minutes and the amount has left your wallet, contact Gamdom support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Bank transfers can take up to 2–4 hours and are normal to show as pending during that period.
Gamdom does not charge any deposit fees. If you see a fee deducted, it is being charged by your wallet provider or bank, not by Gamdom. Easypaisa and JazzCash occasionally charge a small transaction fee on their side for outgoing transfers – check your wallet's own fee schedule. IBFT transfers through most Pakistani banks are free for the sender.

Withdrawal processing times on Gamdom vary by payment method:
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: 1–2 hours after approval
- NayaPay / SadaPay: 2–4 hours
- IBFT Bank Transfer: 24–48 hours
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days
The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. If your balance is below this amount, you will need to play until you reach the threshold before requesting a withdrawal.
Common reasons for rejected withdrawals on Gamdom:
- KYC verification not completed or documents not accepted
- Outstanding bonus wagering requirements not yet met
- Attempting to withdraw to a different payment method than the one used to deposit
- Account verification triggered by unusual activity
- Withdrawal amount below the Rs 1,000 minimum

Aviator is a crash-style game where a plane takes off and a multiplier increases from 1x upward. You place a bet before each round and must click "Cash Out" before the plane flies away – whenever you choose to cash out, your bet is multiplied by the current multiplier. Andar Bahar is a traditional South Asian card game with a near 50/50 win probability. A dealer draws one card (the Joker card) and places it face up. The standard earning rate is 1 VIP point per Rs 10 wagered on most games. Some game categories earn at a different rate – slots generally earn at the full rate, while sports bets and live casino may earn at a slightly reduced rate depending on the specific game. Accumulated VIP tier progress does not expire while your account remains active. Log in → Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. You can set daily, weekly, and monthly PKR limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation – this is intentional to prevent impulsive limit increases. You can set a deposit limit before your very first deposit.
Self-exclusion temporarily closes your Gamdom account for a period of your choosing – from 30 days up to 5 years. During exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or play. You are also removed from all marketing communications. Activate it at any time from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion.
